About Logical Retail
Logical Retail was formed in January 2011 as H@ND EBS, as a management buy-out. The MBO retained the skill sets, experience and Intellectual Property of many years of development and retail trading in the self-service sector.
H@ND International funded the company to support their plans and vision for self service in the retail telecommunications sector and building on the very successful implementation with T-Mobile Netherlands.
The company was re-branded Logical Retail in 2013 to reflect the enhanced product range and our international growth. Logical Retail is located in Ireland and presently operates in The Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, USA and Israel, with projects due to commence in France, Germany and the United Kingdom.
We are continually adding functionality to our solutions, including interaction with NFC or QR codes and the fast emerging iBeacon.
- Self Service has removed a substantial volume of traffic away from counters which is key for sales at busy periods and also our customer experience scores. We have it in all stores that we own and we are currently considering opening up to other services.

- Self Service helped T-Mobile become the number one retail telecoms store, doubling conversion rates to become the highest in the industry. Adding Bill Pay enhanced a successful product even further, with revenues quickly surpassing reload sales.
