Customer Objective

Add a self service solution to their newly re-designed stores.


Delivery had to include full tri-lingual capability, and offer both pin based recharge and a direct reload solution. Belgacom wished to introduce direct reload using the self service unit, and adopted a full service operational model with H@ND.
Initially a stand alone unit was proposed, but his was replaced by an ‘ATM style’ enclosure, designed to complement their new store design.


The project is currently being rolled out across the Belgacom retail estate.
