Top Up! wished to add a self service channel to their existing retail network. Top Up! offer access to some 300+ products, including mobile reload, prepaid utilities, post paid utilities, taxes and road tolls through a PC application in retail and convenience stores.
Offering such a complex and wide range of products required all the experience of our interface design team. A large and vibrant 3D effect version of their logo was used as the entry page, with all the component logos as active touchpoints. The solution was required in Hebrew, English, Arabic and Russian, with dynamic language switching.
Change giving with coin was required due to the exact payment requirement of certain utilities.
As Top Up! was an established brand, customer acceptance was rapid. We are currently in a pilot phase with the country’s largest gas station network. Following the successful initial period Top Up! have requested the addition of ATM functionality.
